Will I have the same caregiver visiting me every time?
We know how important a familiar face is. We aim to assign you a small, dedicated team of caregivers so you can build a genuine friendship and feel completely comfortable.

How long are the visits, and can I change them?
Visits can be as short as 30 minutes or as long as you need. We are very flexible, if your plans change, just let us know and we’ll adjust your schedule.

What happens if my regular caregiver is unwell?
We have a robust team of “backup” caregivers who are already briefed on your care plan. We ensure you are never left without the support you need.

Can you help with more complex medical needs at home?
Yes. Many of our staff are trained in specific clinical support. During our first meeting, we’ll discuss your needs to ensure we match you with the right expertise.
